What quality can I download?
Whatever the source offers — from standard definition all the way up to 4K when it's available. You can also grab audio only as an MP3 file.
Why don't I see a 4K option for my video?
The maximum quality depends on the original video. If it was uploaded in 4K, a 4K option will appear here — but if it was only posted in 1080p or lower, that's the highest you can download. VideoGrab can't add quality that isn't in the source; it simply offers every resolution the video actually has.
Do I need to install anything?
No. VideoGrab runs entirely in your browser. There's no app, extension, or software to install — just paste and go.
Is it safe to use?
Yes. You never have to log in, and your links aren't shared with anyone. Files are delivered straight to you and removed from our server shortly after.
Why did my download fail?
